The property is basically a house, 3 rooms/3 bathrooms, has a full backyard, large dining and living room areas, fully furnished kitchen & a 2 car garage. There’s never been any smokers or pets, so no lingering orders. Rent is $767 & the utilities usually add up to around $170, which is split 3 ways, so roughly $830 a month total.
