We have one bedroom available in a true 3 bedroom apartment in the South Street Seaport and are looking for a new roommate to move in February 1.

The Building:
- Has a rooftop with an incredible view of the Brooklyn Bridge/East River and also laundry in the building.
- It is quiet, clean, and well maintained.
- It is located on a cobblestone street in The Seaport with a lot of cute restaurants, shops, and bars nearby.

The apartment:
- A true 3 Bed / 1 Bath. Large bedrooms, large living room, average bathroom and kitchen
- On the top (4th) floor of a walk up building. (bonus: daily exercise)
- Has a beautiful view of the Brooklyn Bridge, East River, and cobblestone street
- The room available is furnished - it has a queen size bed, dresser, and two nightstands. It has a built-in closet and high ceilings and gets a lot of sunlight.

The roommates:
- A couple (two males): One is a 33 year old male who is a public school teacher. The other is a 26 year old male who is a fashion designer. They are friendly, tidy, and respectful. They enjoy (Citi) biking the city, working out at the gym, and doing various activities together throughout the city.
- The other roommate is a 33 year old female who works in the fashion industry. She is respectful, courteous, and clean. She enjoys socializing and getting drinks with friends, and she's pretty low key in the apartment.
