Spacious Master Bedroom in Murray Hill!

I'm currently looking for someone to take over my lease in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment in Murray Hill. The room available would be for the master bedroom. As you can see in the pictures, the room is quite big and spacious. I've managed to fit a queen size bed, dresser, bookcase, oversize work desk, keyboard, and an art station in the corner with plenty of walking space left. There is a full closet in the room with plenty of hanging space and storage.

The apartment is south facing and gets an amazing amount of light. You would be sharing the common spaces of the apartment (living room, kitchen, and bathroom) with a female roommate in her late 20s. There is a dishwasher available to use. This is in a luxury building with elevators, laundry on the same floor, and a doorman. The room would be for $1,890/month with the lease expiring on November 30th. It's a really great deal for the space and location!

Only moving out because I need to move back to Long Island for family reasons. I'm looking to move out by the end of June but can be flexible if you need something as early as June 15th.
