The apartment is located in an older, charming building that offers fantastic natural sunlight and great views. Unlike many classic East Bay buildings, this unit comes fully equipped with modern comforts: central air conditioning and a dishwasher.

The common areas are fully furnished, featuring a bright, open living room and a clean, updated kitchen.

The Room & Financials:
Rent: as noted/month (All Utilities Included: water, trash, gas, electricity, and high-speed internet).

The Room: A large, light-filled bedroom that easily accommodates a King-sized bed with plenty of room to spare for a desk or dresser. Includes a standard closet.

Bathroom: Clean, modern shared bathroom accessed via the common hallway.

Parking: Off-street parking is available (non-designated/lot), making street parking hassles a non-issue.

About Me & The Home Vibe:
I am an architecture professional. I work from home most days during standard 9-to-5 hours. Because my work can be high-paced, I treat our home as a quiet, peaceful sanctuary to decompress, unwind, and cook. I love making dinner when time permits otherwise it’s meal prepping, and I am always open to sharing a casual dinner or a glass of wine, but I strictly respect personal space and quiet hours.

About My Co-Host, Fox:
The real star of the apartment is Fox, my dog. Fox is incredibly affectionate and essentially the most cat-like dog you will ever meet. Her favorite hobbies include lounging, sleeping, and demanding cuddles on the couch. Because she is precious, she can never be left outside unsupervised, so a roommate who is mindful of keeping the front doors securely closed is a must. If you love gentle, sweet dogs who give great couch cuddles, you will love her.

Ideal Roommate:
Looking for a fellow working professional who is clean, reliable, and communicates openly. Because I work from home, someone who commutes to an office or has an out-of-the-house schedule is a huge plus, but not a strict dealbreaker if our vibes match. No couples, no additional pets (Fox prefers to be the only animal queen of the castle), and non-smokers only.
