I'm a performer primarily (but not exclusively) in the musical theater industry who loves cooking, plants and coffee (and I'm also a professional barista, and have a great espresso machine :P) looking for somebody to share a queer- and artist-friendly apartment in the fall!

As an artist who often travels for work, I've lived in a lot of housing situations with a large variety of roommates and housemates and am very adaptable to create a peaceful and welcoming living space! Because of my work, I'm not home much. When I am, I enjoy being in a cozy, warm and generally clean space. I'm quite chill overall though I am definitely looking for somebody as passionate about kitchen cleanliness as I am. I also love a wide range of music from multiple decades, collect thrifted and vintage records, and have a lightweight piano keyboard - I'm able to use my headphones with it so as not to disturb anybody working or resting!

I don't party, and I'm not interested in smoking of any kind (but no judgement if you do, just not something I like in a living space). I do host a rare but occasional movie night or fancy lil dinner party and am happy to share that lifestyle with a new friend. I can be introverted at times, especially when work is crazy, but I'm perfectly happy to communicate and share tasks, supplies, etc. as needed with others in my living space so that everybody can feel supported and peaceful at home.
