I'm looking for someone to take over my roommates lease which expires 6/1. This is a 2/b 2/b poolside unit on the ground level. You will be getting the Master bedroom with its own attached bathroom. Laundry on site, central a/c, street parking + resident/guest passes are available, Water + Garbage utilities included. Security deposit is equivalent to first months rent.
