Available Room for Rent

One bedroom in a two bedroom with HUGE backyard.

Looking to rent a room in my amazing 2 bedroom apartment in Bushwick starting November 1. Room is $1125 plus utilites, which run under $100 a month. Looking for someone who is easy to get along with. I work full time outside of the home early in the mornings and am home mid-afternoon, I have class over zoom three nights a week so am fairly busy and looking for someone who is also hopefully working full time outside the house, but this isn't a deal breaker. Hopefully someone who is clean but I also don't mind the possibility of someone who is working from home given the state of things right now. I have one dog who lives here full time and a second one who is here a few days a week, so loving dogs is a must! Also open to the possibility of welcoming another dog into the home! Pretty open to anyone as long as they are respectful and we can create a nice living space and hopefully hang out sometimes!
