I'm a full-time 29-year-old collegiate professional pursuing my bachelor's in Psychology. Before re-entering the academic field, I served as an air traffic controller for ten years with the Federal Aviation Administration and the United States Army.
Outside of school, I work part-time as a real estate agent, manage my rental property in Baltimore, and help my mentor manage her rental property portfolio here in Dallas.
Regarding leisurely activities, I don't have much time to myself, but I enjoy working out at Recess Fitness Center. I typically work out 4-5 days a week to maintain my physical and mental health. I enjoy hitting up speakeasies or coffee shops for drinks when I can. I'm also an avid reader and enjoy listening to self-improvement podcasts (i.e., Ed Mylett, Joe Rogan, Jay Shetty, Gary Vaynerchuck, Tim Ferris, etc.).
I consider home a place of peace and relaxation, so when I'm home (which I hardly am), I’m always considerate of noise and tend to keep a low profile. I consider myself to be pretty clean, especially regarding common areas. I may use the kitchen for my weekly meal prepping, but I usually have a third-party company prepare my meals for me. And chances are, I won't be using the shower much as I tend to conduct all my hygiene after my morning workout in the gym shower rooms.
Most days, I'm out of the house between 4:30 - 6:00 AM, and I'm back until 9:00 PM, so you'll hardly see me. For me, my bedroom will only be used for rest and relaxation. As far as visitors are concerned, I honestly don't have time for a social life, so it's unlikely that I'll ever have anyone over. But if I do, I'll be sure to inform the household beforehand, so there are no surprises. Lastly, I do not smoke and have no pets.
Regarding the lease, I'd be more than happy to sign a 1-year lease; stability is very important to me. The Office of Veteran's Affairs pays me a monthly housing stipend of $1900 a month and a disability allowance of $467 per month, not to include additional income from my rental property (can provide proof upon request).
| My maximum monthly budget | 1,000 |
| Move in Date | Oct 2022 |
| Lease Duration | 1 Year |
| Age | 29 |
| Occupation | Student |
| Pets | No Pets |
| Hometown | Dallas, Tx, Usa |

We think Christopher would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
