I work the DOE school schedule so will be out of the house 715-315 every day.
I am in and out. Sometimes I hibernate here on the weekends and sometimes I don't. Depends on energy level.
I like to keep a decently clean place.

I dog-sit a chihuahua mix for long periods of times so Audrey will be here and she likes to snuggle.

Must enter kitchen, bathroom, and backyard by using your private door and walking down the hall when my area is in use. Otherwise, you are welcome to cut through ;-)
Big backyard shared with the other unit on ground floor. We maintain it together.
A block from L train Bedford stop.
Room comes with a super comfy bed, nightstand, futon, big closet, desk, and chair.
