I work the DOE school schedule so will be out of the house 715-315 every day.
I am in and out. Sometimes I hibernate here on the weekends and sometimes I don't. Depends on energy level.

Railroad apartment with private entrance
Two rooms, lots of space. Two windows that look out onto street. Ground floor.
Must enter kitchen, bathroom, and backyard by using your private door and walking down the hall when my area is in use. Otherwise, you are welcome to cut through ;-)
Big backyard shared with the other unit on ground floor. We maintain it together.
A block from L train Bedford stop.
Room comes with a super comfy bed, nightstand, futon, big closet, desk, and chair.
I do not want any full time work from home. Part-time, okay. But no full-time please.
