The rent is usually around $3,600/month, but I’m offering it for $2,000/month for a 6-month stay.
I’m a female professional in my 40s and the owner. I live in Florida during the winter and visit NYC only occasionally — maybe once a month or less — so I’d use my room briefly when in town.

One month’s rent as security deposit required before move-in.
Must meet in person or video call before finalizing.
Rent due on the 1st of each month.
Non-smoking only.
The apt is available anytime between Nov 1-15 and up to May 15, 2026
