This is a small upstairs bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstand, television, and small bookcase. If you prefer unfurnished, that can be arranged. This is a room for a single individual.
The bathroom has a shower/tub combination. You will have access to the other common areas downstairs including the laundry room and the outside yard area. In addition, there is a community pool which requires a pass. There is off-street parking in the driveway.
First and last month’s rent and a security deposit of $300 will be required along with a credit & background check. I am open to 12 month lease option.
