We have one medium/large sized room (12x16ft) available in our 3 bed, 2 bath home available starting June 1 (with the potential to move in early)! Room has a window with two large closets for storage and new carpets that were just replaced last summer.
The Place:
It's a spacious duplex located in a cul-de-sac just a few blocks west of Mopac. House is walking distance to Deep Eddy Pool, Town Lake Trail, Randalls, Juiceland & Pool Burger (yumm). The bedroom is on the second floor and shares a full bath with one of the roommates. There is also a study/guest room on the second floor, which has been great for friends and family visiting. We have a spacious fenced in backyard, we welcome roomies with a dog (just requires a pet deposit). Washer and dryer in house and a dishwasher.
