I am a 24 year old full-time college student (online this term) and I also work at a restaurant part-time (respecting COVID-19 regulations at all times). I've lived in NYC for 10 years (various apartments), and I'm currently looking to move because my old landlord is selling the property. I consider myself to be friendly, quiet, personable & laid-back, easy to talk to and very respectful of others. As a social person, I'm usually up for a chat over coffee or a nice meal/evening spent hanging out, but equally as comfortable doing my own thing most of the time, and letting my other roommates do theirs!
