Single fully furnished bedroom with one (male) roommate with a spacious living room and study room.
Looking to sublet my bedroom to someone from April-August (or on monthly bases), the apartment is located in the basement but has a lot of windows and natural light. The apartment is fully equipt including high-speed wifi, utilities, and all the kitchen appliances.
The apartment is located in the middle of Vancouver downtown, with most of the bus connection, supermarket, and all the other facilities within 5 minutes distance.
