My boyfriend and I are looking to fill our spare bedroom. Fully furnished house in a nice neighborhood in Oregon City. Off-street parking. About 10 min drive to I-205 and an easy commute to downtown PDX. Clackamas Community College is less than a mile away. Stores, restaurants, gyms all easily accessible.
You’ll have a private room and a bathroom just outside your bedroom door. It’s in a common area upstairs but will not be shared regularly. House has 2 separate living areas with couches and TVs. Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/dishes for your use. Fridges inside and in the garage. Small home gym setup in the garage. Not a ton of storage, but we can work with you to accommodate some items that need to be stored. Parking in driveway. No long term street parking allowed per HOA rules.
We have a well-behaved dog. She’s a German Wirehaired Pointer. Open to a roommate with a dog, but it needs to be well-behaved and able to abide by our “no dogs on the furniture” rule (except in your bedroom if you like them on your bed.) No cats.
Not a party house. No smokers. We like to hangout, have people over, and get outside to do things on the weekends.

About us:
I’m a 27yo female. Full time student and I’m also working from home right now. I enjoy skiing, hiking, golfing, and horses.
Adam is a 34yo male. Works full time in construction and does school from home. He likes to ski, hunt, golf, and play Xbox.
We like to enjoy some wine or whiskey in the evenings while we cook dinner and watch tv/movies.
We’ve both had roommates in the past without issues. We’re easy to get along with. We like the common spaces to stay tidy, but we’re not super neat-freaks.
