I and my roomate Nate are looking for 1-2 roommates to move into the master bedroom of our apartment when our other roommates move out at the end of August. We are both recent college graduates, myself in aerospace engineering at CU Boulder and Nate in film at UC Berkeley. I currently work as a software engineer at a spaceflight company in Hawthorne. We are fairly laid back and enjoy boardgaming (we're currently most of the way through a Frosthaven campaign).

A master bedroom with a walk-in closet and its own bathroom, big enough to be a double if desired. The apartment is on the second floor in a nice, quiet area with a bunch of good restaurants in walking distance.
Myself and the other current tenant are recent graduates. I'm an aerospace engineer working a (roughly) 9-5, and the other is a film graduate working in In Home Supportive Services with a more erratic schedule. We’re also a big board game household! The man in the bathroom photo is our landlord, he’s very sweet, and the only time we had a problem (toilet was broken) he showed up the day we called and fixed it!
Looking for one or two other young professionals or students to move in, as our other roommates are moving out. There is also the option for you to move into my current room, which is smaller and shares a bathroom, and I would move into the master bedroom. In this case the rent could be lower, maybe more like 1,200.
