Looking for a clean, cozy space close to campus? This furnished room in a 5-bedroom, all-girls student home at 112 Columbia St West is available for move-in anytime after August 17th (lease begins September). You’ll share a washroom with just one other girl. $920/month, includes Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and a mini fridge—no hidden fees!
Just a 10-minute walk to UW and 10–15 minutes to Laurier. One-year lease minimum (can be cancelled after). Students only, but not limited to UW.
The house is shared with four other female students who keep to themselves but are very clean and respectful. Everyone seems responsible and mindful of shared spaces, making it a peaceful and easygoing environment—perfect if you value a quiet and tidy home.
