The bedroom features tile flooring and a small closet. It has an attached bathroom, shared with the fourth bedroom. Currently, the fourth bedroom is vacant except when hosting out-of-town visitors.
The formal dining room is furnished with a tall table and six tall upholstered chairs.
The living room includes a large flat-screen TV with a premium sound system and a DVD player, along with a leather couch and loveseat, both equipped with heating and massage features.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, including a flat-top electric stove, a dishwasher, microwave, and several small appliances. Tenant will have their own fridge with a top freezer and a dedicated cupboard for food storage.
The family room offers an oversized chair with an ottoman and a clam chair perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying some peace and quiet while waiting for laundry.
The laundry room features a smart washer and dryer for convenience..

Monthly rent includes all utilities.

Ideal tenants are professionals who are respectful, quiet, tidy, and comfortable around animals. The residence is shared with another female tenant, myself, and two dogs.
