Available Room for Rent

Furnished bedroom in large house

I have a room available for rent in my four-bedroom, three-bath residence located in Apache Junction. The room is furnished with a queen-size Sleep Number bed and a dresser (if needed). It measures 12’7“ by 9’10“ and features tile flooring along with a small closet. There is a "Jack & Jill" bathroom (bathroom shared between 2 bedrooms. which is typically used only when hosting out-of-town visitors approximately three to four times a year. During these times, the guest will need to have unlimited access to a clean bathroom. The fourth bedroom may be rented out in the future.

The house is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, flat-top stove, washer and dryer, microwave, and various small kitchen appliances. The tenant will have access to a refrigerator with a top freezer and one or two cupboards. Entry to the house is shared.

Monthly rent includes all utilities.

Ideal tenants are professionals who are respectful, quiet, tidy, and comfortable around animals. The residence is shared with another female tenant, myself, and two dogs.

Please note that this is a smoke-free residence.
