40’s LGBTQIA+ male has an available room for rent in a small 1930's building in West Hollywood / Hollywood area. This is a very walkable neighborhood and is within walking distance to several grocery stores including Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Smart & Final.

There are also many bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping on Melrose and a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the Grove.

The apartment is very large and very chill with many plants and cats. I am very chill and creative and I believe in social justice and animal and human rights.

This is a two bedroom apartment and the available room is unfurnished,approx. 200 SQ. FT with two closets, hardwood floors, a wall AC unit and a private half bath attached.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, air fryer, toaster oven, popcorn popper, pots and pans, etc and you are welcome to use all of it. I just ask that you clean what you use after using them.

I am open to other animals, so long as it does not cause an issue with the cats already living here.

There is laundry on site.

Parking is on the street but requires the use of a pass to park after 7 p.m. daily.

Rent is $1150 and includes all utilities: Wifi, Gas, Water, Electric and Trash.
