*I adore this apartment and location. It’s a dream. However, I will be up front with its lesser qualities: the floors are creeky, not everything is perfectly level, the door lock is upside down, the kitchen sink hot/cold is opposite of what it should be, 3 flights of stairs to get to the apt, no dishwasher or laundry (I do pick up drop off laundry from a company that’s affordable and reliable but there is also a laundromat one block away) bathroom is a bit small (but has decent storage space). I find most of these qualities charming but I know they might not be for everyone!
