Hi! I'm Cole, originally from the DC area and a recent graduate of Cornell University. I'll be moving to Tampa to work in Research Analytics with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and I'm looking for a roommate for either Manor Riverside or 2Bayshore.

I'd describe myself as pretty laid-back and more of a homebody than a partier. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music (current favorites: Lucki, Kendrick, Tame Impala, and Men I Trust), watching TV shows (especially crime and mystery series like White Collar, Reacher, and High Potential), watching sports (duh lol), and just chilling at home. Not to toot my own horn, but I'd consider myself respectful and responsible, and I value keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. I'm looking for a roommate who shares these attributes.

Current quotes I've received for a 2-bedroom split are around $1,800 per person per month. Ideally, I'm looking for another young professional or graduate student who is easygoing, considerate, and interested in living in a nice apartment near downtown Tampa.
