Adriana L - $1,500/month

Hi there!

My name is Adriana. Born and raised in Bergen County NJ, working as a designer in NYC. I am looking for a female roommate to share a 2BR 2BA apartment in Englewood, NJ with me. Englewood is about 10-15 min to uptown NYC and 20-30 min to downtown NYC. I commute to work in NYC by car so you’d have a ride if you need. The building is very modern and has many amenities including pool, 24 hr gym, washer and dryer in unit, parking, and community lounge. Your bedroom would be a large private room with a private bathroom. 

I will be moving into the apartment ‪on April 15th‬, however you can choose to move in ‪on May 1st.‬ The building requires that you put in an application/background check which is $150.  Monthly rent is $1400, and the lease is for 14 months. The total $1400 includes: base rent $1250 + Your half of the utilities $75 + Parking $75. Utilities include heat, hot water, garbage pickup, gas, Direct TV and internet (electricity is separate). There are no other upfront costs. I have taken care of all the move in fees already.

If you choose to move in with me ‪on April 15th‬ you just have to pay $700 for a half month's rent ‪on April 15th.‬ However if you choose to move in ‪on May 1st‬, you would just start paying $1400 ‪on May 1st.‬  

About me: I work in Manhattan as a designer full time. I am usually home after work but like to keep to myself. I do not smoke or have any kids. I am super chill, very clean, respectful and friendly and I am looking for the same qualities in a roomie! 

My previous roommate backed out on me last minute, so I am looking to have someone on the lease within the next week or so. If you are interested in being my roommate and would like to meet and see the place...please don't hesitate to message me.
