About the house :
Enjoy resort style living in this gated community in the heart of Gilbert. A brand new luxury townhouse house (3 bed 2.5 bath) built in 2021. The home has upgraded flooring, open kitchen with brand new cabinets and counter tops, brand new washer/dryer and 2 car garage.

I am looking to rent out the 2 guest bedrooms that share a bathroom . You’ll have your own sinks in the bathroom.

This community is located in the South San tan village park way in Gilbert close to 202 freeway, San tan market place, Deloitte, Walmart , target , top golf , main event . Rent is $ 750 per month and utilities ( electricity , WiFi , water ) will have to be shared .

No smoking , weed, or drug usage inside the house . No pets please !
