Private Bedroom + Bathroom in Downtown Huntington Beach House

Private bedroom (130sf) with private bathroom available in a nice house in downtown Huntington Beach walking distance to the beach, pier, and Main St shops. There would be shared kitchen and laundry access. Street parking is available.

The room is fully furnished, including an HDTV, Bluray player, and Xbox One. The room was previously a kids' room, and all of the furniture needs to remain there. This means there's still a bunk bed. Because of this possible limitation, I'm asking significantly less for the room than comparable rooms in the area. Could be a great deal for a single parent with younger kid, or just anyone that happens to like bunk beds.

Kids OK. Dogs potentially OK depending on size/breed.

Looking for a clean, quiet renter. Sorry, but no smoking of any kind. Willing to be flexible on price if I think you would be a particularly good fit.
