I am a easy going BUT a no bullshit person. I am a father of 4 daughters (empty nester) and have been divorced for 18 months.

I own a 5,500 sq ft house with an amazing back yard. I am wanting to keep the house but need 2 roommates to help pay the monthly expenses.

The $2,500 includes an already furnished house (except your room), all bills included and an extensive list of streaming services. A large media room and a back yard that rivals any resort.

I am not a clean freak but do expect the entire home to be clean at all times including your room.

I will have weekly maid service included in the $2,500 who will change your sheets (after you wash them).

Basically I expect all of us to treat our home as if we owned it.

And we should be willing to get to know each other and enjoy hanging out since we will be living together.
