I am a retired female and have a room for rent in a very large and VERY active senior community near Laguna Beach. Must be at least 55 years old.
I have a furnished room in Laguna Woods village. $1200 / month. Single family detached home. DOGS OK. I have a large dog. Private bathroom. The room is not large but there is a private den for your use. The den has a TV, basic cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and (yay for me), Dodger games and a printer. Internet and electricity included. The manor has both a courtyard and patio as well as washer/dryer (in garage). Ample parking right in front of manor. Very friendly neighborhood. We call it Mayberry. I would also consider a co-occupant who has a friendly dog. No cats please.
