Just a queer, black 28 year old. I work full-time in higher-education, one day a week I work from home (likely will be 2 days in the summer). 2 units available in my Andersonville apartment (LGBTQ+ to the front plz)
Property Management/Landlord: Seminary Properties Maintenance is generally responsive Management basically never visits the property 😊
Because the two available bedrooms include the largest and smallest rooms, I’m thinking we can divide this with consideration to bedroom size–obviously we can talk about this before settling on a number!
Utilities: People’s Gas, ComEd, RCN, Renter’s insurance not required, Water included
Pets: I have 2 cats, so unfortunately I can’t do more cats (or dogs)
Building info: It’s a 4 unit building (3 floors, 1 garden unit) Back porch with space for plants and seating, Little square of grass in the back of the building (neighbors use some of the space for gardening) shared with next door building
Location: Clark Ave and Carmen Ave
Apartment info: In-unit washer and dryer Dishwasher Central air (A/C and heat) Unit is on the 3rd floor, front and back porch stairs
Open units: The two open bedrooms are closest to the entrance and kitchen. The biggest unit is one of these and has a bathroom attached, but the bathroom is accessible from the hallway door. My unit is at the end of the hallway near the porch door and has a bathroom attached. My bathroom is also accessible with a hallway door.
