I have lived in SF for almost 10 years now and love the culture and beauty! I love living in the west side of the city with all its nature, but am open to other options. I currently rent a bedroom in an apartment in West Portal, which is very nice, but I want to get a dog ASAP, and will have to move in order to do so. I work in performing arts as a theatre director & teacher and ballet /dance teacher and choreographer, as well as a nanny and tutor. My hobbies (along with performing arts!) include, reading, writing, being outside, nerdy stuff, exploring the city, museums, and traveling to name a few. Love hanging with roomies to watch a movie over dinner and also to have our own space. I’m a 35 year old woman, and would most prefer to live with another woman. I like kindness, gentleness, open communication, compassion, and no drama in a roommate situation as well as both of us paying rent on time. Not at all a neat freak, but will keep common areas neat and clean and equally share chores. Also, for clarification’s sake, I am 420 friendly in edible form for you, but can’t do it myself for health reasons, and am allergic to all types of smoke & perfumes. I am very flexible on move in date and am OK with month-to-month, but put September 2022 and 1 year as my first choice. Can’t wait to look for apartments with you! :)
