There is one shared bathroom sink and shower. A shared kitchen space with room for a table. I have a couch, but am open to replacing it. I currently have a TV setup that I don't use much and am willing to share. I don't have cable, but I have a switch and almost all streaming services. There is a parking spot that you can pay for that is covered, but all uncovered parking is free to use. The kitchen has a walk in pantry with lots of space.
