Great spot a 5 minute walk from the Broadway N/W station, with plenty of grocery stores and Greek food around the neighborhood. I'm a relaxed guy with a commute to Midtown East, though I work from home a lot (usually without using the shared space) and am looking to go back to school in Fall 2024.

- Room is smallish but has two closets, in addition to the shared space. Roommate is taking all his stuff, so opportunity to use the space better if desired. He had room for a Queen size bed plus a work from home desktop space.
- Shared space has a dinner table, couch, and my TV/PS5 (feel free to use, truly!) along with a shared closet and a shared dresser I am hoping to buy to replace the one my roommate is leaving behind.
- Great kitchen and fridge space, honestly bigger than the room itself.
- Good water pressure on the shower
- Cheap laundry units in the basement
- Relatively quiet neighborhood for New York, neighbors are well-behaved and there is little to no crime problem.
