Hi! I'm a clean, organized, respectful, and responsible professional looking for a female roommate.

During weekdays, having a peaceful and quiet home is very important to me because I work and need proper rest. I don't mind more activity on weekends, but from Sunday night through Thursday night, I prefer limited noise, especially late at night.

Since we will be sharing a studio with a simple divider, being considerate of each other's space is very important. I would like us to rotate bathroom cleaning responsibilities and keep all shared areas clean.

I am looking for someone who is very clean and organized. Keeping your room clean is also important because dust can easily spread throughout the space.

Guests are welcome, and having a boyfriend is not a problem. I simply ask for advance notice when visitors are coming. Overnight guests should be discussed beforehand, and there may be an additional charge for extended stays.
