I am an easy-going guy, living near 45th and Lamar in central Austin. I own my own home in a very quiet neighborhood with exceptional neighbors. My home is close to many restaurants, shopping, and services.

When I’m not working, I’m cooking, exercising, watching movies, hosting game nights, hanging with friends, going to comedy clubs, working in the yard, and traveling. I love to laugh, relax, go to restaurants, and race cars.

I’m an extrovert who loves hanging out with people. So if you want to stay in your room at all times we’re not a fit. I prefer someone who is open to sharing meals and doing things from time to time. Perhaps you’re new to Austin and trying to determine which neighborhood you want to live in, or you’re in school. Whatever. Let’s talk and find out if we’re a good fit.

Rent includes sharing my furnished home — kitchen, dining room, living room, and outdoor spaces. You’d have your own private bedroom, which you would need to furnish (I am open to furnishing it), bathroom, and walk-in closet. The bedroom is roughly 20’x20’, I’ll have pics of these three spaces posted soon. I am willing to paint the bathroom and bedroom different colors, that we agree to. Utilities are split.

I work mostly from home, conducting Zoom calls with clients in my home office. My business hours are 12-8 PM, Monday through Friday. Please know that I need a roommate who will commit to being fairly quiet during these hours. Use of the kitchen and other shared spaces are fine while I’m working, with the exception of using blenders, or playing loud music or TV. Usually I don’t work past 7 PM, yet there are exceptions.
