Great apartment in a great neighborhood

I am a friendly and laid back work from home software engineer seeking a reliable, clean and responsible roommate to share my apartment. The apartment is in a great neighborhood with plenty of eatery’s, shopping and nightlife. Only a 7 minute walk to Madison Square Garden or 15-20 minute walk to Times Square. I am a very clean individual so the apartment is always clean in the common areas and in very good shape. There is a patio accessible through my bedroom that I have no problem sharing if asked and when convenient. Also, the 3rd bedroom is currently being convert into an office which will also be a communal area. Plenty of space in the apartment and a large closet in the room for rent. Expecting a 50/50 split of all household expenses and not opposed to splitting the cost for a regular cleaner to help take care of the apartment. I travel a lot so you may have the place to yourself on occasion. I am a professional nerd so all things/conversions nerdy are always welcomed. Lol. You must be able to pass a credit check for consideration. A one year lease is required.
