🔍We are two young professionals looking for a responsible, clean, communicative roommate for our open room. We’re looking for someone with a minimum monthly budget of $1,150 for base rent and approximately $1,300 when including bills. There are some additional upfront payments as well. We need someone to move in by Oct. 31st and your name will be on the lease!

🏙️ In this super accessible part of town, you’d be near a Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods, CVS, Walgreens, Sephora, etc. You’d be a short walk from the F and Q and near the N,R,W,4,5,6.

👯‍♀️About Us: Our names are Andrea (25) and Sherquan (24). We work full-time hybrid schedules in mental health and HR, respectively. We like going on walks, going out to eat, binging TV shows/movies, and continuing to decorate our space. We are an organized pair that value clean spaces and view our home as a space to recharge and unwind. We are accepting of all races, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious affiliation, etc.!

🐈‍⬛ My (Sherquan’s) cat’s name is Panda! He is a chatty little vacuum that loves to play, be pet, and watch you cook.
