I’m a normal guy who is getting ready to study for the GA Bar exam in February of 2025. I’m certain it’ll be a fun, albeit perhaps arduous endeavor. In the meantime, I’d like to be able to have some downtime and that would require being able to do with less in the meantime since I’ve decided not to work much, if at all. In order to lessen the burden of my mortgage, I’ve decided to lease out some rooms in my house in order to also retain my sanity with the less social than usual coming months as I get closer to the examination period.
