I'm Joe, 32. I work at a popular restaurant in KCK and currently live in KCMO. To be the best roommate possible, I keep a cleaning schedule holding myself accountable by doing something each day on top of regular upkeep. I don't have a pet, but I'm great with animals of all shapes and sizes! I know my work schedule a month in advance, so my routine is pretty regular. On most of my days off, I spend time with family and friends, so I’m usually out for the better part of the day—but I’m never out too late. I'm a year and a half sober and plan to keep adding to that. (I don’t judge or mind being around it, so you do you!) Because of that, I don’t party or cause drama. I also appreciate having clear boundaries set from the start so everyone’s on the same page. If there's ever something that needs extra attention, don’t hesitate to let me know. My goal is to maintain a peaceful living environment which means communication is key
