When not working I like to cook, relax, read, do house projects, watch shows or movies, put tunes on the record player, listen to podcasts. I have friends/family over every now and then and we tend to talk, watch a movie, or hang out on the porch, firepit, or deck.

I currently have a 6.5 yr old foster dog (pit mix) who loves humans and other dogs, she’s social, and doesn’t really bark, very sweet.

SE Atlanta, Chosewood Park neighborhood, south end beltline is very close, the bus stop is 2 blocks away, friendly neighbors all around, we have our porchfest called Chosewoodstock once a year; Grant Park Farmer’s Market on Sundays is a very short walk away, Chosewood Park is a few blocks away.
*The house*
Single family home, 1,400 sq ft, 3/2 setup, there’s a front porch and a small deck w/ flat top grill and table/chairs, a firepit area in the backyard, lots of potential for gardening, growing food, washer/dryer, full kitchen w/ electric stove, no dishwasher though, dining room is an open floor plan to kitchen, living room with TV; central heat & A/C, plenty of street parking in front, pet-friendly (1 pet max). I keep the place relatively clean and would expect that from all of us. The vibe for the house is peaceful, warm, inviting.

13.3’ x 10.5’ bedroom, room is currently furnished but can come unfurnished too. Wood floors, window, ceiling fan, small closet, sheer curtains, new full-sized bed comfortable mattress (not firm), blinds, dresser, desk & chair, laundry hamper, full length mirror, wall-mounted TV, area rug, soft, natural light. The walls are ready to be decorated by you.
There’s a renovated bathroom right next to the bedroom that would be used by you most of the time (and any guests).
