$2150 / 2200ft2 - Looking for Roommate in 2BR 2B Enormous Apt in River North

I will break this description down into three parts; The situation, the apartment and the roommate search.

The situation:
I used to hang out at this apartment all the time before my friend moved away from Chicago, and when they were moving I asked to be put in contact with the landlord because I wanted to move in, given how nice it was. Last year, I could not find a roommate in time, but I kept in touch with the landlord. I am now fully moved in, with the landlord as my roommate, and she will be moving out at the end of the month.

I consider her somebody I am friendly with, and would want to make sure all rules are followed and rent is always paid on time.

The Apartment:
The Apt is an incredible 2BR 2B place in River North. The realtor listing described it as "jaw dropping", and I frankly agree.
-Elegant, furnished living room
-Big, open kitchen, with coffee bar, wine cooler, siematic beaux cabnetry
-10 ft ceilings, with lots of natural light in the living spaces
-Private and shared patio area
-high quality washer/drier in the apt
-Master bathroom has an elaborate bathroom/shower, with multiple jets etc
-Master closet is really big as well, and has a full length mirror
-There is storage included
-Just to re-emphasize: The whole apartment is furnished (with that couch/chairs/etc seen in the pictures) and anything we would not want to stay we can just put in the storage.

The price range (2050-2250) would be difference between Master and other bedroom. The total monthly rent is $4300. They are both huge, and the exact number is negotiable. I am open to both rooms.

Roommate/About me:
-25 years old, working in finance at a well known firm in Chicago.
-I moved from NYC around 2 years ago, and I really enjoy it here.
-Active, play soccer/basketball, am sociable, but during the week I like to be in my
routine.
-Hobbies include going out to restaurants, riding my bike, and I travel pretty often
-I do not do drugs or smoke, but do drink/party occasionally.
-Currently I do not cook, but might start in this apartment a couple of times a week.
-Consider myself organized.
-I would like to have people over every now and then, and once, maybe twice a year have a group of friends from out of town come visit.
-Very flexible and easy going, in general.
-Ideally, I would be looking for somebody with a similar profile, but nothing on its own is really a deal breaker for me
-Being comfortable with the rent is also important
