Street parking immediately in front of house is almost a guarantee. 14 minute walk to El Cerrito Del Norte Station, or a 4 minute drive. House has a beautiful newly remodeled kitchen with a bay view, and a large kitchen porch for outdoor dining when the weather’s nice. Neighborhood is somewhat upscale, but not overly so. Very quiet and safe. Grocery outlet four minutes away just down the hill.
