The vacant room is furnished (bed, shelves, desk, chairs), has a big closet, is very spacious and has a large Bay window for plenty of sunshine. The room has been freshly repainted and recarpeted.

Location: Between Clement and California street, 15 min walk to USF , a block away from all the great and cheap restaurants on Clement street, and around the corner of the Sunday's Farmers Market.

Roomates: two nice, quiet, considerate and respectful roomates (2 girls with demanding schedules: One grad student, one working - eager to find the place impeccable and quiet at night. (Emphasis on Clean and Quiet to keep it a very relaxing environment).

• We share the kitchen (fully equipped) - large sit-in bright and sunny kitchen .
• We share the 1.5 bathroom
• We rotate on the cleaning schedule
• Washer and Dryer in the building - coin operated
• We share the PG&E utilities cost and the Internet wireless bill (Fiber optic)

Rent is 1850/month. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. 1.5 Month deposit + a non-refundable cleaning Fee of $50.

Garbage+Water are already included in the rent.

Sorry NO parking, NO pets , and.... definitely NO smoking .
