Kingsbridge Rd Apartment Room Available $675
Hi guys!! We are looking for a fourth person to join in on a lease renewal with us for April 1st. Rent is 675, and utilities (including wifi) usually come to about 50 a month. It's a four bedroom apartment located about a five minute walk from Fordham University, there's a washer and dryer in the hallway, a great sized kitchen and a super cute bathroom. We've been living here for almost a year and have loved it so far but sadly one of our roommates is unable to renew. If you'd like to come look at the apartment just shoot me a message and we can figure out a day and time and give you the information for the lease signing!!
We are about a five minute walk from the Metro North, B, D and 4 train with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby
