I moved to Austin a little over a year ago from Northern VA and have really enjoyed the transition, so I plan to stick around for a couple more years.
My roommate is moving back to VA for grad school, so I am looking for someone to take over her room.
Here's a little bit about me:
I am a Sales Engineer for a GIS consulting firm and I typically work from home 3-4 days a week but have the option to work from our WeWork office off Barton Springs.
However, due to COVID-19, I am working from home 5 days a week until things get back to normal.
I am an outgoing and social person, but typically only go out on the weekends. My hobbies include running, hiking, climbing, biking, and pretty much any excuse to get outside when I am not stuck behind a computer or on a client call.

My roommate is moving back to VA for grad school, so I am looking for someone to take over her room.
There are a total of 3 rooms in the house, but one is rather small and I plan to use it for an office. The room that is available is very spacious and has a large closet. The bedroom is not furnished, so you would have to bring your own furniture. The full bathroom is not connected to the room, but right down the hallway and you would have it to yourself.
We have a large backyard, street parking available, and a driveway that can fit 2-3 cars. The living room and kitchen would be shared and partially furnished. Also, laundry and dryer are in-house.
The location is excellent and less than a 3-minute walk from Hotel Vegas, Liberty, Zilker, Lazarus, etc.)The landlord is pet friendly and has been very easy to work with for any maintenance issues/concerns.
