Looking for a roommate. I’m super chill, moved down to Miami from Boston about 5 years ago. I came here for the endless opportunities and they sure have worked out. I’ve been non stop grinding in my career and it has really paid off. My job is everything to me so I’m barely ever at the apartment which is unfortunate because it’s so beautiful here. They installed a brand new pool and hot tub recently. There’s also a very nice gym with female/male rooms that include a steam room and suana room. The view from the apartment is spectacular considering its top floor. My FAVORITE thing about the place is the fact that there aren’t any neighbors on either side or above. To left of this apartment we have electrical rooms and a storage closet and to the right there is the trash shoot, which comes in handy, and nothing next to that! This place is really top of the line and I cherish living here every single day. It’s in the middle of everything so getting around to all the fun places is ideal. It comes with two parking spaces, one is taken by me. The street it’s on actually has free parking, probably the only street around the city that I’ve actually ever seen like this so it’s very ideal. I’m one of the nicest guys you’ll meet and want nothing more but to meet another best friend/roommate. Please contact me if you’re interested and I’ll give you a tour anytime after work!
