Available Sept. 20th. A really nice furnished room (approx. 12' x 14' plus a large closet) and your own bathroom in my spacious two bedroom two bathroom apartment near UCLA. I've had many student roommates over the years and it's a very nice room in my two bedroom, two bathroom apartment.

The room comes furnished with a queen bed, dresser, nightstand and a large architect's table/desk and chair plus a floor lamp and bookshelves. The rental is available through June of 2025.

The overall apartment includes access to a fully equipped kitchen containing a built-in refrigerator, wall oven and cook top, plus dining room. Also included in the rent is high speed internet and wi-fi. I've lived here a really long time because the location is superb. I work from home as a commodity futures trader in a separate office off the living room. I have to be ready to trade at 6:30 am but it's very quite if you sleep in.

The only extra cost is one utility bill from the LA DWP and we split that 50/50. The average bills are about $80 each every two months. Non-smokers and non-vapers only please, no pets and sorry, but it's just for one person. $1500/mo. + $1500 for refundable security deposit. Includes off-street parking.
