Kennedy V T - $1,800/month

I am in my last semester at the University of Arkansas as an architecture major. I will be attending Columbia for graduate school enrolled in the Advanced Architectural Design program. My first day of class begins June 1st. Looking to move in a week to a few days prior of June 1. I would like to be in an area decently close to campus like Upper West Side to Hells Kitchen. I am interested in roommates who are down to try new things, thrifting, live music, travel, art, yoga, going out at night. I am pretty easy going and usually up for anything. As I will have to be focused on my studies I also want to balance seeing all of new york, meeting new people, finding cool spots around the city and overall having a good time.
