We live in a 4br 2 bath house in Southwest Austin. One of the bathrooms is shared. Fireplace, 2 Car Garage, Washer/Dryer, dishwasher. Parking on Street. House is 5 minutes from everything. And 10 minutes away from downtown.
Rent is 1900 split 3 Ways is only 634.00 each.
Bills usually run approximately 150.00 a piece during the summer months. Winter months approximately 97.00
No Pets Please. We have two very cute cats.
Deposit due upon move in $600.00 plus 1st Months Rent 634.00
