Hi everyone. I am looking for a roommate to join me and my golden doodle in a 2bed/2bath apartment with a shared living and kitchen space. Approx. 2 miles from downtown Roswell and Canton street. The rent would be $1,050 plus utilities. Valet trash, water, sewer, and pest control included in rent. The only additional would be internet for $32.50 a person and power, which varies.

I’m a 28 year old professional and work a 9-5 in Buckhead. I prefer to have a roommate that has relatively the same schedule and is not up partying at 1 AM. Also, I need someone who is clean and will not leave dishes sitting in the sink for 2 weeks. I want to make sure that we both find the right fit and are considerate of shared spaces.
