Looking for a roommate for a 2 bed 2 bath located by the Tobin and within walking distance of downtown/the Pearl! This condo is perfect for those who value a safe and peaceful home. Despite its close proximity to downtown, it is a very quiet top floor unit. The parking is gated and included with rent. The condo is currently furnished all except the bedroom which can be potentially furnished as well. The rent is 1200 a month per person.

I am a 25 year old software developer who works from home. I enjoy hosting small gatherings in the condo as well as going out to bars and clubs occasionally. I also enjoy day trips to coffee shops and local attractions. I’d love to be friends with my roommate! Also, I have a cat who is very friendly and sweet, but doesn’t like to be pet so she’s pretty unobtrusive with people.
