There is a great gym 2 minutes down the road and 2 martial arts schools within 10 minutes of the house. I have 2 dogs and a cat so it is best if you do not have pets, but do love animals. 1 additional pet may be an option. I don’t have more than 1 guest in the house and not more frequently than a few nights a month. My last roommates were a single mom and son that I worked with and recently a father and adult son who can provide character references.
