No drugs/heavy drinking (420 ok, I have my medical card),and no drama, please. Male or female, I can get along with either. I have few demanding but Must allow 420 & smoking outdoors. I mostly vape.

I mostly keep to myself. My biggest roomie flaw is playing music loudly, but I can do it around your schedule. I have my closest friend in the world who mày stop by regularly. He is kind & very polite.

I’m friendly, fun, and very chill & I’m always open-minded. I even have home help and cleaning 10/hrs a week, every week. You can count on my space & communal spaces to be organized and clean.

My budget is around $750/mo all inclusive, and is dependable government income supplemented by other sources as well. I know a surprising number of white-and-blue-collar work as well as artistic modalities . I can supplement rent in many ways.

Would like a simply furnished or unfurnished room. the personalities meshing of every housemate is important. I would prefer a 3-month commitment and then evaluate our situation and go from there.
